Heyya bloggie...been a really long time since my last post here.haha..well, the truth is, my college life has been unbelievably hectic, especially in the final exam week. Finals are CRAZY. ALMOST OVERRRR!!! WOOHOO!!! Tomorrow is typography and I made 3 items for the final assignments; a hat, t-shirt and a poster. Anyway, my latest amusement is a Pump it up NX 2010 machine at Timezone, it's the replacement for the old 2009 machine that requires extra energy to push. Been hype about it with my friends and we always end up shiny with sweat.It's a really good workout during finals (Y) That machine is definitely a must-try, 'cause the songs are nice, there is a song for everyone laa...for the galauers (mellow people), the swaggers, the clubhoppers and well, kids. It's a quite cheap and fun workout, only like Rp3000 per player, and you can get 4 songs per play. So a lot of people may really enjoy this machine and based on my observation, there are certain types of people who played this machine, will be written in mosty Indonesian, why? because I wanted to...
1. Pumpers gang
Orang2 ini bisa dilihat langsung dari peralatan mainnya, lengkap bawa anduk, botol minum dan baju ganti. Biasa datang berombongan, gesekan kartu bertubi-tubi membuat orang lain yg antri jadi lemas dan pemilik timezone makin makmur. Mereka biasa langsung menyela gesek kartu sewaktu org lain sedang main, dan mereka bisa tahan bermain berjam-jam, kalau perlu sampai mall tutup. Gerakan kaki jangan ditanya lagi, kaki mereka nyaris nggak napak. It seems like they play for the sake of expertise, not really enjoying the music. Kalau ketemu yg macam begini, lebih baik langsung serobot gesek kartu juga atau pulang aja, cari hari lain *miris*
2. The Full-O-Surprise
Orang macam begini biasa dateng sendiri, muka biasa saja dan nggak bawa perlengkapan, tapi klo soal main, dia bisa bikin penonton tercengang-cengang. Why? because he/she is so damn good. Despite the looks, yg probably pake seragam kantoran ato dasi, maennya bisa macam geng pumpers.
3. Perempuan-perempuan pemula
Tipe ini biasanya datang nggak sendiri karena alesan malu. Persiapan kurang ada, biasanya spontanitas dan buat seru-seruan aja. Masi lumayan buta lagu dan asal pilih sampai terkadang terjebak di level yang mengenaskan dan akhirnya berkeringat deras dgn nilai akhir F. Biarpun mungkin nilai jelek, tp tipe ini selalu ceria dan tidak menyebalkan. Orang2 yg antri punya byk harapan kalo tipe ini yg lg main, soalnya biasanya cuma tahan 1 ato 2 ronde.
4.Swaggers
Para swaggers main for the sake of swagging. Joget2 bergaya gitu deh. They dance to the music and doesn't pursue God-levels. Bisa datang sendiri ataupun berkelompok. Para pengantri juga tidak perlu khawatir kalau mereka yg main, karena nggak lama2 amat juga...paling 3 ato 4 ronde (y)
